The Bianca PizzaArugula Salad
- 1 1/2 cup baby arugula
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Remove the Bianca pizza from the freezer and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the pizza on the countertop at room temperature for 15-20 minutes prior to baking.
- Remove the pizza from the plastic overwrap and cardboard circle and place directly on the center rack of your oven. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until the cheese in the center is fully melted.
- While the pizza is baking, toss together the baby arugula, lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Then when the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and allow it to sit for 2 minutes. Then top with the arugula salad. Cut the pizza into even slices and serve immediately.
